On March 8, 2009 the Democratic Town Committee of North Andover held their annual breakfast. It was an exciting morning with several notable speakers, such as Congressman John Tierney, Representative Steve Baddour, and a wonderful farewell to one of our own Selectmen, Mark Caggiano. All candidates for Selectmen and School Committee were afforded the opportunity for a few words to state their positions on key issues. Thanks to all who came and participated, and thanks to Mark DeSalvo and others for organizing the event.
