Thanks to all who came to participate in a productive question and answer forum. It was a pleasure and an honor to be invited to share some of my views with everyone, as well as to listen and respond to the voiced concerns. I look forward to addressing the issues that arose, and I hope that all who attended would encourage others to submit concerns here on this website. I will answer as many as I can. Thank you!
